This home was completed in July 2007. It features 4 Bedrooms (sleeps 10), 3 Bathrooms, Private Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Games Room, Internet Access, Fully Air conditioned & Fans in Every Room.

My management company have used my villa several times as a show home, which I am very proud of.

The Main Master has a King Size Bed, Luxurious Ensuite with His and Hers Sinks, HUGE Walk in Shower, HUGE Walk in Closet and Seperate Toilet. In The Main Master there is a TV, DVD Player, Telephone, Alarm Clock, Hair Dryer and Ceiling Fan.

The other two Bedrooms are Twin Bedded Rooms with 2 Single Beds in Each Room, Large Closet, TV, DVD Player, Alarm Clock and Ceiling Fan.

Main Bathroom

The Den Has The Sofa Sleeper which opens to a Queen Size for 2 more Guests. I have put this in the Den Area so that if it is used it is a bit more private. Also in here is a Beautiful Computer Desk with Internet Access. The Den can be used as a seperate Seating Area because of the Sofa and Coffee Table. It is a very versatile living space.

The Kitchen is Fully Equipped with Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Huge Fridge/Freezer with ice and water dispenser on the front of it, Cooker, Microwave, All The Kitchen Utensils you could need, Cutlery, Plates, Plastic Cutlery and Plates for the patio area, Sauce Pans, Coffee Maker, Tea Pot, Glasses and Plastic Glasses for the patio area, Cocktail Maker, Blender and LOTS of other Items (Far Too Many To Mention).

There is a seperate Laundry Room with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

The Dining Area is set in the beautiful Bay Window which fills with beautiful Floridian Sunshine, but again you don't have to worry because the Villa is Fully Air Conditioned.

The Games Room is in the Garage and is equipped wih Pool Table, Foosball and Darts. It also has a Patio Set so you can sit and relax whilst enjoying yourselves in the Games Room. There is an Extra Large Fan in the Games Room to Help Keep Cool.

The Private Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi is NOT overlooked at the back because it backs onto an open area which is NOT allowed to be built on. It has views out towards conservation Areas. The distance between the two Villas next door is approx 20ft possibly more because the Villa is on a slight bend. It is South Facing so you have Sunshine from Sunrise to Sundown. The Pool Area is covered by a Pool Screen which is a fine mesh to stop fly's coming in but doesn't stop the sunshine for sunbathing and for helping to keep the water nice and warm. There is a Safety Fence that reaches across the Pool Deck to stop Small Children from wandering out to the Pool un-noticed. IF YOU REMOVE THIS SAFETY FENCE IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

In the winter months (which can be warmer than a British summer) it is recommended that you have the Pool Heating Turned on. This is arranged and is payable to the Management Company, they will come out and switch it on. To help keep the heat in the water there is a Solar Cover to cover the Pool and Jacuzzi.

The Deck area is nice and big and has 4 Recliners for sunbathing. There is a shaded area called the Lanai, which has a Patio Set with Table and 4 Chairs for you to relax and have a Cocktail or Soft Drink.

The Villa is at the end of a quiet T Junction so you don't even have any Villas facing the front. There is Driveway Parking for 2 Cars
