BOOKING PROCEDURE
If you are interested in booking our villa, please contact us with the dates you require and we will advise availability and rates for the period requested. If you decide to proceed with your enquiry, a booking form will be sent to you for completion. The booking form requires the names of each person staying in the house to be listed along with their ages if under 18 years old. The dates and rates will also be detailed on the booking form along with the terms and conditions which are detailed below for your information.
CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES
Check in is from 4pm on your day of arrival. Check out is at the latest 10am on the day of departure.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
When you arrive in Florida to collect the keys to the villa, the management company will charge a SECURITY DEPOSIT this is $250. When you have vacated the Villa at the end of your stay, the villa will be checked for any damages or breakages, once this has been done and confirmed that all is o.k, you will be refunded your security deposit. This is usually returned within 7 to 10 working days. Any damages or breakages that have occcured will be taken from your security deposit.
POOL HEATING AND SAFETY
Although most of the time in Florida the weather is beautiful and hot, there are some months of the year when it is recommended to have pool heat, just to make it nicer to have a swim in your private swimming pool. The charge for this is $165.50 inc tax. This is arranged with the management company who will switch it on for you. We have supplied a pool and jacuzzi cover to help keep the water warmer when the pool and jacuzzi are not being used. I would strongly advise that you use this because otherwise the heat you are paying for is being wasted.
There is a SAFETY FENCE AROUND THE POOL AND JACUZZI AREA IF YOU REMOVE THIS IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE OWNER WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
THERE IS NO DIVING IN THIS SWIMMING POOL.
CANCELLATION FEES
If clients should cancel, or the owners cancel the booking due to non-payment of balance due within the defined timescales. Cancellation charges will be levied as follows:
At the time oF booking the £100 per week deposit is non refundable.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
More than 10 weeks before arrival Deposit Only
Less than 10 weeks before arrival 100% of total rental
