TERMS AND CONDITIONS


The following terms and conditions apply when you rent our florida villa. Please read them carefully and ensure that you are in full understanding of the terms and are prepared to abide by them, a signed declaration will be required as part of the booking form. Before booking, please telephone, or email to check availability on your preferred dates. Your booking can be made provisionally and held for 7 days to allow time for completed booking form and the non-refundable deposit to be received. Bookings will be confirmed in writing.

Only the persons detailed on the booking form may occupy the property. No all-male or all-female parties are accepted. No pets are accepted. It is against the terms and conditions to allow anyone to stay in the villa who is not listed on the booking form. The villa sleeps 10 people - no more. If it is discovered that any of the terms and conditions are being broken, the owner or the management company have the right to evict your party from the villa without refund.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.

The property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before and after every rental. If you require extra cleaning during your stay you can arrange this with the managment company and pay them locally. If you stay less than 5 days you will incur a cleaning charge of approx $90.00. Lawn and pool care are provided on a weekly basis to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

If you should have any questions or concerns, our local property manager can be contacted 24 hours a day.

Please ensure that you are adequately insured for your holiday. Renters are liable for damage and loss to the property. The owners and their agents accept no liability for any personal injury, accident, loss or damage to any persons or personal effects, however caused. Particular care must be taken to ensure that children do not use the pool or spa unsupervised. No one should use the pool, patio area, spa unaccompanied.

Florida has a sub-tropical climate, and care must be taken with food that is left uncovered. Apart from spoiling, uncovered food can attract insects very quickly. Any special costs incurred in repelling insects so attracted will be passed onto you.

Note that neither the owners nor the management company are liable for any loss of services or equipment (e.g. air conditioning) but every reasonable effort will be made to ensure any problems are rectified as soon as possible.

Force Majeure. The owners and their agents accept no responsibility or liability for any loss of damage or alteration to the terms of this booking caused by events beyond the owners control, including, but not restricted to war, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood or industrial dispute.

The owners and their agents reserve the right of entry at any time.

All brochure descriptions are given in good faith and no liability can be accepted for error or omissions.

COMPLAINTS

If there are any problems with the rental home or the management company during the rental period, the customer must inform the management company or the owners immediately. If the matter is not resolved the customer must follow up the complaint in writing to the Owner within 14 days of the end of the rental period.

If the problem has not been reported as detailed in this clause then the Owner cannot accept responsibility for any claims or complaints.

 

The rental contract is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law and the parties hereto shall both submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
